Repeatability

Repeatability

Ever bit off more than you can chew?  Work 80 hours in a week? How was that for ya? I read something in regards to repeat-ability in regards to physical effort and working out that struck a chord. Eighty percent of your training should be, "I could do that again tomorrow."  Repeat-ability.  Valuable things take work over a long period of time.  It's impossible to sprint to the finish. Some marathoners did this persistence-hunt in Africa to test a theory about how we hunted before bows and arrows.  They ran down a gazelle. How? They jogged.  The gazelle would see them and sprint away and wait, and then sprint away. Eventually it couldn't sprint anymore. They got within a spear length of it and let it go.
