    Swing it wide. Inspirational instruments are ones that feel a bit uncomfortable at first, the sound is different enough that you can’t get away with playing your same go-to licks. That’s precisely where resonator guitars sit. What exactly do you do with them? Who plays them anyways? Answering those questions takes your playing new places. That’s inspiration.

      Matt, thats why I love resonators as well and weird old instruments in general! They force you out of your comfort zone and inspire new avenues of creativity and thought. Hope to get my hands on one of your tricone guits one day. Until then, much love from Milwaukee!
