Volume knob not working

    Volume knob not working

    Howdy mule community! I just acquired a killer mulecaster. The guitar is fantastic, except the volume knob doesn't work... the guitar is stuck at full volume.

    What's the best way to get in contact with customer service?  Just an email to muleresophonic@gmail.com?  I sent one a few days ago but haven't heard back yet.

    Also- any tips on how to repair it myself?  I am assuming I can just take the pickguard off and inspect the electronics... I am guessing a ground wire came lose or something isn't soldered in place.  Are there any gotchas to the electronics in these guitars?

    Contact form on the website did the trick. Getting the guitar fixed up now :)

      i'm guessing you need a new pot. Matt's a great guy. I'm sure he'll take care of you.

        Yea... It's likely something simple. I just can't seem to get ahold of the guys at mule! I don't want to try repairing it myself without chatting with them first. I'll try the form on the website.
